If you are not satisfied with the corset/s you purchased for whatever reason you may have, the product/s must be returned to us within 14 days from the date you have received the item/s to avail of exchange or refund of your payment. On the other hand, even if you have notified us about your dissatisfaction or any issue regarding the product/s and we haven’t received the corset/s within 14 days, you will not be eligible for any refund or exchange. Please take note, the shipping and handling costs when returning the corset/s will be customer's responsibility. Additionally, if the corset/s you have received are under promotional offers (such as Free Shipping offer)and you have decided to return or exchange these products – shipping/handling costs ( $ 12.99/per) plus restocking fees ( $ 5 /per) will still be paid by you. The total shipping, handling and restocking fees will be $ 14.99 for each return corset will be deducted (even customer has applied free shipping) and rest amount wll be refunded. Even with free shipping offer we need to pay shipping and handling cost to the shipping company so we are not responsible for the shipping and handling costs for such returned corsets or for exchange.
If customer is satisfied with the quality of corset(s) and we have correctly sent the ordered corset(s)same as it/they are ordered (for example size, etcs.), then the restocking fees will be $ 10 for each corset + $ 12.99 shipping and handling for each returned corset before issuing refund or exhange the corset(s).
Custom-made corsets cannot be returned, exchanged nor the payment be refunded. Therefore, it is important for you to thoroughly decide on the custom-size, style or design you really want in your corset/s. Please note, all sizes above Size 32 would be considered custom-made or custom-size corsets.
Wholesale orders ($500 and up) cannot be returned or refunded after finalizing the orders. Therefore, we strongly recommend every wholesale buyer to check everything, ask from us any further inquiries or order samples from us before finalizing the order. Once you have finalized your order, we process it right away and start making the corsets. Wholesale orders, depending on the quantity, may take 10-30 business days to be delivered after receipt of your full payment.
We accept only bank transfer, a personal or business check, money order or western union transfer for any orders (wholesale or retail) more than US $ 500.00. You will not be eligible for any refund if you missed the delivery of the package. Therefore, if the shipping company's system shows that the corset was delivered to the address you provided in your account, we will not be responsible for any missing or stolen package from your address. You need to make effort and arrange or coordinate with the shipping company for the delivery of your purchased items.
Product Condition for Return or Exchange
Make sure that the corset/s you have opted to return must be in the same condition when it was shipped together with the tags or labels on. Exchange or refund will only be issued after we have ensured that the corset/s is in the same condition when it was shipped. After receiving the returned corset and have deducted related costs (e.g. reshipping/handling, stocking fees), we will refund your money or ship the alternative/exchanged corset. If we have mistakenly delivered the wrong item, style or size – we will pay for the stocking fee or reshipping and handling costs.

Damaged or Wrong Size/Style Corset
When you have encountered problems with your purchased items (i.e. factory damages, mistaken size and/or style of corset) then the problem must be reported in writing and the damage documented (i.e. images) and send it by email to us within 24 hours after delivery. We do not refund for the damaged corset/s if the problem is not reported within 24 hours.
Organic Corset Co. USA will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the purchased items once they are in the care and control of the shipping company. Any loss or damage should be reported to the shipping company together with the delivery tracking number.
